ABSTRACT
China is a developing country, and its economy grows fast in recent years. Mineral resource is one of the main support for the development of the socio-economy of China. With the great development in mineral resources exploitation and utilization, there are great damage on ecology and environment as well as the depletion and deterioration of natural resources. In order to put the socio-economic development into a sustainable model, we should take natural resources into the system of national economic accounting and calculate the value and cost of natural resources and environment. In this way, we can achieve the aim of sustainable development of the socio-economy under the limitation of natural resources of the earth.
