ABSTRACT
During the past two decades, the development of modern excilamps initiated an enormous number of laboratory investigations in photochemistry and related elds, and it also led to various industrial applications. e interdisciplinary aspects of these developments were summarized in several recent reviews [1-6]. e current presentation highlights tendencies and developments of future signicance in this area of research and development.
