Boundary value problems for harmonic vector fields on nonsmooth domains

In this paper we undertake a systematic study of natural boundary value problems for the Laplacian acting on vector fields in R³. Using suitable layer potential representations, we can reduce (BVP1)–(BVP9) to boundary integral equations involving either scalar potentials. The latter, together with their relevant properties, are introduced and studied in the chapter.
