ABSTRACT
Arrangement in time and space of habitat features in surrounding landscapes affect deer density and impact and the manager's ability to manage both on forestlands. Managers must be able to assess how changes in habitat features through time and spatial arrangement influence deer density and impact so that they may direct and alter management activities that reflect influences of time and spatial factors.
