ABSTRACT
Testicular cancer is the most common solid cancer among men 15–34 years old.
It is associated with cryptorchidism and testicular trauma.
The most common types are seminoma and non-seminoma.
Initial evaluation should include scrotal ultrasound, chest CT, abdominal CT, serum AFP and p-HCG, CBC, electrolytes, and liver function tests.
Postorchiectomy treatments for seminoma include observation, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy.
Postorchiectomy treatments for non-seminoma include observation, retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND), and chemotherapy.
