ABSTRACT
The anesthetic concerns and challenges in pheochromocytoma and extra-adrenal paraganglionoma are the same. This chapter will discuss the preoperative evaluation after the diagnosis has been established, intraoperative management, and postoperative care of patients who will undergo resection of pheochromocytoma.
