ABSTRACT

This study was aimed to examine the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of field employees of PT. Trisna Naga Asih. The research was conducted to determine the extent of relationship between job satisfaction and the performance of the field employees. This research was set as a quantitative approach and employed survey data collection technique to collect data. The study involved 68 field employees of PT. Trisna Naga Asih as respondents. The results of the analysis found that job satisfaction and job performance of field employees of PT. Trisna Naga Asih have positive relationship with the intensity of a (+)0.607, which belongs to the category of a strong relationship, indicating that the better the job satisfaction, the better the job performance of the employees. The results of this study propose an SOP that can be used by companies to manage all activities within the company.
