ABSTRACT

Nanoparticles (NPs) and nanotechnology have emerged as the most prospective and innovative branch of basic science and engineering technology. NPs can be further differentiated into organic and inorganic based on the nature of the materials used for their fabrication. The physical route is one of the most prominent methods of NP synthesis where precision and quality of nanomaterials are the primary requisites for the final product. The chemical route of synthesis is one of the most prominently used synthesis approaches for the synthesis of NPs. In comparison to the physical and chemical routes of NP synthesis, the biological route provides a greener and more cost-effective alternative route for NP synthesis. Climate change and various other effects are currently having diverse effects on the agriculture and food industry. The survival of the human species has a direct connection with agriculture, as it has established its position in the society with its integration for sustainability with relation to the organism’s longevity.
