ABSTRACT
The scope of this paper is to show the preliminary study of the new City of Montreal’s Intervention plan according to US DOT FHWA definition; we’ll list the main parts of this master plan, show its profitability for taxpayers and establish a strategy of realization including a new proposal of governance. After a monitoring for the first five years of application we’ll draw some practical conclusions in order to forecast future improvements.
