ABSTRACT

The chapter is intended to define culture and different context of the term culture in relation to organizations. There exist cultural differences that must be taken into consideration to create the work efficiency. Organizational culture entails any organization as a unit to formulate effective strategies that take care of the diversity causing differences at workplace. Hence, it begins at acknowledging the differences and creating means to enable effective organizational functioning. The terms culture, culture psychology, organizational culture have been reconnoitered to create a better perspective so that essential strategies can be established. Managing the cultural diversity at workplace is a key outcome that has been focused.
