ABSTRACT

Teaching is an entangled and reclaimed process, the main goal of which is the conquest of the pupils in every sector of life. Relevance of an educator in the life of a pupil is long-lasting. Technology is the pragmatic understanding of techniques, processes, and other indistinguishable items, embedded in machines and may be dealt with without detailed information of their operation. We can feel technology everywhere in the area of teaching-learning process. But some researchers have made clear that most teachers are slow in adapting technological inventions in their educational process. There remain contradictory evidences that technology and online learning are improving the result of teaching-learning process for most students. This chapter attends to the role of technology in teaching and learning, role of teachers in making aware their students towards cybercrime and cybersecurity and empowerment of teachers.
