ABSTRACT

BUMDes of Panggungharjo Village used local wisdom to manage environment management business, agribusiness, and rural tourism. The objective of this study is to analyze the meaning of organizational culture in BUMDes Panggungharjo Village for a sustainable rural entrepreneurship management based on local wisdom. This study employed qualitative method and applied Ethnography of Communication design. The techniques of collecting data employed observations, FGDs, individual interviews, and study of relevant documents. The findings showed that BUMDes have communication performance creating organizational culture to explore idea and thought of members, innovation, participative plan, and information access transparency.
