ABSTRACT
Mycotoxin pollution occurs in various areas of Monsoon Asia, where the climatic conditions such as high temperature and humidity are suited for fungal growth. In these areas, rice grains are one of the most important foodstuffs, and the grains infected with toxic fungi induce serious foodborne intoxications of human and farm animals.
