ABSTRACT

The large-span steel structure of a stadium with a span of 107 m is comprised of prestressed cable, space grid truss for welding a hollow ball joint and steel tubular truss. The structural style is novel; stress and strain control during the construction process will directly affect the quality and safety of the structure. Considering the results of structural performance analysis and conditions of the construction site, the construction of the roof structure was carried out using a few-bracing assembly and step-by-step circulation unloading. Both linear and nonlinear buckling analysis were performed on the incomplete time-varying structure during the construction period to obtain the critical buckling coefficient. The result is used to evaluate the structural safety performance. Based on the results of static force and stability analysis of time-varying structure during the entire construction process, stress and deformation monitoring were carried out on key joints of structure, and the structural stress and deformation development law of steel hybrid spatial structure were obtained.
