ABSTRACT

In this paper, we suggest a Python approach to collecting disaster data for the Internet of Intelligences (IOI) for emergency rescue. Information including specified keywords was collected from Weibo and WeChat, as social media, and the web spider crawler was written in the Python programming language. By mining data from the information, we provided an improved TextRank algorithm based on attribute vector for data mining, which can obtain the disaster narratives to help decision-makers understand disaster situations. The final data results were visualized through the risk map display module of the IOI. Finally, we selected the 7/11 flood in Santai County, China, on July 11, 2018 as an example for applying the disaster data collection module in the IOI.
