ABSTRACT
With the vigorous promotion of old industrial building recycling projects in China, creative industrial parks have become the mainstream of many transformation modes. The safety of the construction structures and environmental policy are the potential risks that affecting the operation and maintenance management of creative industrial parks. In this paper, through spot investigation, principal component analysis is used to construct the risk index system. According to the stakeholders’ assessment of risk factors, CRITIC model is used to calculate the influence degree of the risk of building structure safety, management, economic and environmental policy. It is concluded that building structure safety is the main factor affecting the risk of creative industrial park during its operation and maintenance period. Suggestions are put forward for each risk level to provide reference for risk assessment in operation and maintenance period.
