ABSTRACT
Risk communication is important for risk analysts who collect information and experiences from stakeholders who participate in the Internet of Intelligences. This article reviews some risk communication cases from China and in the United States. From this, is possible to conclude that the convergence communication approach has better communication effects than the crisis communication approach, and the public participation and satisfaction ratio are high, so the convergence communication approach and Internet of Intelligences can be combined.
