ABSTRACT

The disaster data plays a fundament role for the government to implement disaster relief and reconstruction. However, after natural disasters, especially major natural disasters, the disaster data on some administrative units cannot be obtained in time, which seriously restricts the accuracy and timeliness of disaster relief. To this end, this paper proposes to build an Internet of intelligences (IOI) system for emergency rescue, which uses information diffusion on geographical space to achieve a preliminary assessment of the disaster data on the gap units. The platform is build by using PHP programming language. The advanced system is supposed to have several functional modules including multi-terminal information collection, disaster online assessment, and disaster progress display. This paper summarizes the existing IOI technologies and focuses on the technical path of the disaster online evaluation, in order to achieve this goal, a database structure of IOI for emergency rescue is well designed.
