ABSTRACT

This paper studies how to construct an efficient, stable and sustainable scientific collaboration network model in order to complete the tasks of megaprojects. The theories of complex network and risk analysis were used to summarize and construct this model. According to the analysis, megaprojects are now facing both internal and external risks. As a result, modals of the projects should follow three principles described as: the oriented technology demand, the applied project’s characteristics and satisfied collaboration needs. Also, the hierarchical structure, teams’ suitable participation and platform for collaboration have been held as particular useful in fulfilling the three principles and making the scientific collaboration network of megaprojects become more efficient, stable and sustainable.
