ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the competencies developed in the cooling and air-conditioning engineering competency at a vocational high school and their relevance to the needs of the labor market. This learning is descriptive research. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis statistics. The results of the study are (1) the relevance of the cooling and air-conditioning engineering competency vocational curriculum for the needs of the labor market in Yogyakarta and its surroundings, (2) competencies needed by the air conditioning and air-conditioning engineering industry in the labor market curriculum and electricity, and (3) competencies needed by the industry in vocational schools for the job market. This study concludes that the curriculum in the relevant category.
