ABSTRACT

To optimize the integrated energy management of industrial parks, this article presents an economic dispatch method considering the redundant energy flow paths of multiple devices. First, an energy center model is built based on the concept of an energy hub considering the real-time electricity price, hourly electricity, heat, and cooling load. The proposed model contains multiple energy conversion devices to provide a redundant energy flow path selection. Then, an optimal scheduling model is established. The new model takes the minimum cost of system operation as its objective and considers the constraints of equipment capacity and network power flow. An improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the new model. Finally, a coupling network containing five electrical nodes and four natural gas nodes is used as an example to validate the proposed method. Calculation results show that the model can optimize the selection of the energy flow path and reduce the operating cost.
