ABSTRACT

With the development of distribution network technology, the developmental level of a distribution network in different cities is obviously different and expressed in various forms influenced by the local economy and society. In this article, first indexes such as power supply quality, network structure, and equipment levels that characterized the operation condition and the future pattern of the urban distribution network were screened for evaluation. The current research hotspot of distribution network technology is summarized. In the analysis of the advantage of cloud matter–element theory applied in distribution network evaluation, the form was divided into five levels: demonstration, advanced, intermediate, low, and elementary based on the division standard. In the end, three representative cities, Suzhou, Beijing, and Hengshui, were selected as experimental cases for evaluation.
