Research on the post-evaluation of power transmission project based on GIOWA operator

This paper puts forward a power transmission project post-evaluation index system which investigates the power transmission project from four levels including financial benefit, environmental benefit, the project construction process and social benefit. Fifteen analysis indexes are refined from the four levels. The post-evaluation model based on fuzzy language is constructed using the GIOWA integrated operator. The feasibility of the model is verified by analysis of a power transmission project.
