ABSTRACT

Banyuwangi became the main pioneer providing facilities for the sale of its SME products through integrated digital marketplace platforms. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to evaluate and redesign the e-commerce system at Banyuwangi Mall for selling SME products in Banyuwangi. The approach used in this research is qualitative explorative with case study method from SME seller of goods product. The theory used is (UTAUT2). The results of this study indicate that SMEs welcome a redesign of the e-commerce Banyuwangi Mall, as the system will become more efficient. Then the researchers redesigned to facilitate the operation of the system for SME by considering its costs and benefits and its internal control.
