ABSTRACT

In this era, to face competition in business, organizations need to improve strategy and innovation. In addition to human resources and capital, knowledge is an important resource. Through knowledge, people share their experiences and apply that knowledge in the organization. Hence, the company is a concern about the importance of knowledge management as an essential asset. In order to manage it, the organization has to concern with enabler’s factors. The aim of this research is to identify the influence of organizational structure and information technology (IT) on employee performance in the Processing Post Unit, Pos Indonesia Corporation, Bandung. Based on the results, both organizational structure and IT affect employee performance. It is also known that still many other factors can accelerate knowledge management enabler.
