ABSTRACT

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of learning culture and technology acceptance on employee performance. Technology is believed to have a fundamental importance in every business. Ever-changing technology, especially in electrical companies, demands constant improvement from employees. Employees need to enhance their knowledge and skills constantly. Organizations must have the ability to become a learning organization. A learning culture needs to be welcomed among employees. Previous studies suggest that a strong learning culture can bring about positive output from individuals. The data in this study was gathered via questionnaire sent to 67 employees from one branch of a public electrical company in Bandung. Data were analysed using multiple regressions and bootstrap confidence interval. The results indicate that a learning culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance and the technology acceptance mediating this relations.
