ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System (QMS) on employee performance, with the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Academic Directorate research object. ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System is viewed from three processes: quality management plan, organizational commitment, and ISO 9001: 2015 Implementation Procedure. The analysis unit is all employees in the Academic Directorate at UPI. The research data was obtained from the survey results in the form of questionnaires with a Likert 5 scale distributed at one time. The results of the study found that when planning for ISO 9001: 2015 certification, a quality management plan, organizational commitment, and implementation of work procedures/work instructions had a significantly positive impact on employee performance.
