ABSTRACT

In order to study the impact resistance mechanism of the inner wall of the liquid tank, this paper takes the side protection device of the liquid tank as the research object and adopts the method of numerical simulation to analyze the fluid-solid coupling effect between the water medium in the tank and the inner wall of the liquid tank and the elastoplastic response of the inner wall of the liquid tank under the impact effect. Secondly, the plastic deformation of upper and lower support and the stiffness change of inner wall boundary under strong impact are studied. Finally, the elastic and plastic response law of the inner wall of liquid tank under different boundary conditions under impact load is studied, and the response of the inner wall in the form of boundary strengthening is studied.
