ABSTRACT

Employee selection can be said to be a valuable asset to a company because it contributes to and guarantees the development of the company. The purpose of the selection is to develop a decision support system (SPK) for selecting the best employees. This study used questionnaire data from the Department of Trade and Industry (Industry and Trade) Provincial Jawa T, puffing for the calculation process from quantitative to qualitative amended with the ELECTRE method. The criteria for research reference were service orientation (C1), integrity (C2), commitment (C3), discipline (C4), and collaboration (C5). Each criterion had sub-criteria. The selection of the best employees using ELECTRE can lead to better performance of the selected employees and motivate other employees. The employees with the greatest value are the employees who are selected as the best employees.
