ABSTRACT

Multimodal transportation denotes an attempt to use more than one transportation mode. In previous study, an application named Travio has been developed as a tool to help find the right mode of public transportation in order to reach certain destinations in Semarang city, Indonesia. Travio application was expected to be widely used by the public. However, the application has not been tested for its usability yet. This article discusses usability testing using System Usability Scale (SUS) method for Travio application. Some respondents were selected and asked to perform specific assigned tasks. Respondents were also asked to evaluate the application using the SUS questionnaire standard. The obtained final result of the SUS score was 49.375 which meant that the Travio application required several improvements in order to increase its usability.
