ABSTRACT

Despite the moderately continental climate and the insignificant spread of swampy areas in the Republic of Tatarstan, the using of heavy equipment during the construction and repair of wells leads to the rapid destruction of isolated country roads and well sites, leading to their obstruction. This problem is particularly relevant in spring, autumn in the period of heavy rainfall and flood. The solution is to fill roads and well sites with crushed stone coating, which allows to organize efficient movement of special-purpose machinery. However, taking into account the average cost of construction of square meter of the site/road with crushed stone coating equal to 800 rubles, the total expenses of PJSC TATNEFT for the construction is hundreds of millions of rubles per year. Refusal of using crushed stone coating for roads construction in favor of the using the temporary road mats will provide annual savings up to 50 million rubles.
