ABSTRACT
The growing development of disrupting new technologies in Architectural fields, has allowed to set links between graphics and documental databases, as happens when using BIM software applications.
In this way, with the implementation of the Level of Development (LOD) specification guide, there seems to be accepted as the standard to be considered in design and works management of architectural design using BIM technology. Nevertheless, the potential application of these standards to a heritage digital model rises some questions.
This communication aims at identifying critical questions, issues and potential solutions to facilitate the establishment of new and specific LOD rules for Heritage Intervention in order to fit HBIM technology with HLOD specifications in a common platform besides documental and geometric definition
