ABSTRACT
Magnetic metal-organic frameworks (MMOFs) with high surface area and uniform porosity provide excellent properties for industrial and environmental applications. The purpose of this chapter is to provide a representative and general overview of the rising progress in the field of MMOFs. This chapter considers the different preparation and characterization approaches that can be used for the fabrication of MMOFs. This chapter also summarizes the recent significant advances in the development of magnetic-based MOF nanocomposite materials.
