ABSTRACT
The initial inclination for human achievements was dominated by “Mega” targets, such as pyramids, castles, giant terrestrial structure and giant artwork, but as much as the knowledge are improved, micro-orientation generated new human fascination. Numerous high-potential applications, such as cancer treatment under proton energy, might be possible in medical and nuclear physics. The approach combines realistic physical concepts with theoretical philosophy of science. Surface effects at nanoscale appear compared with macroscopic systems. The 21st century, apart from knowledge and communications, has also brought the mobility of information, perhaps primarily due to the electronic printing, perhaps second thanks to the Internet—it is certain that it circulates easily in quantities and with a speed of “ten at the nine power”. Unfortunately, nuclear power is developed at the level of Nano weapons, which also gains an uncontrolled development.
