ABSTRACT
The purpose of Chapter 8 is to show the functioning of an application that can be utilized to perform productivity and efficiency calculations utilizing the DEA technique. The application, called SAGEPE (System for Analysis and Management of Productivity and Efficiency), was developed by the authors of this book. SAGEPE can be utilized free of charge, and can be accessed at https://www.sagepe.com.br" xmlns:xlink="https://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">www.sagepe.com.br, in Portuguese or English. Chapter 8 explains all the procedures necessary to perform the analyses, from organization of the data in spreadsheets, to loading the data into the application to system configuration.
