ABSTRACT

The linear Z technique is dedicated primarily for beginners who want to make a simultaneous reduction of the labia minora and clitoral hood and want to avoid two scars, but the one-cut technique is too tricky for them. The patient indicated for hybrid Labiaplasty method needs to have protrusion of labia minora and clitoral hood. In technical terms, the surgeon cuts the skin of the labia from the inside along the previously drawn lines from the mons pubic towards the perineum. The suture material used for the procedure is fully absorbable, and the use of intradermal, running suturing excludes the need to remove sutures in the postoperative period. The use of a single cutting line running along the edge of the labia minora and at the base of the clitoral hood allows for the natural appearance of the labio-clitoral complex.
