ABSTRACT

The machining of hybrid metal matrix composites has been one of the biggest challenges observed in the manufacturing industry. The machining process needs to be optimized to obtain the best output parameters for most of the input parameters, which poses a biggest challenge for the researchers. This work aims at producing a mathematical modeling and Analysis of Variance for the optimization of cutting force and surface roughness of Al 7075 uncoated composite. It also aims at understanding the effect of interactions on the output parameters of the material.
