ABSTRACT
Planning and implementation of underground safety installations and tactical specifications in conjunction with emergency services for optimum processing of incidents. Technical and organisational planning during construction of the project area on the Austrian side of the Brenner Base Tunnel. Communication becomes very important; therefore a novel procedure have been developed. Most important are a transparent decision making process with responsibles who takes clear decisions.
