ABSTRACT
In the paper we present a drone based deformation monitoring system that is developed by the Austrian partners Geodata Group, 3GSM GmbH and Georesearch Forschungsgesellschaft mbH in the frame of the EUREKA research project DefDrone_3D. Since May 2017 the system is used at the Austrian tunnel project Zentrum am Berg for monitoring the 3d deformation of rock slopes and the ground surface at the portal area of two parallel road tunnels under construction. The contribution describes the developed system, the monitoring missions performed at the tunnel project, the developed data processing technique and the achieved results and findings.
