ABSTRACT
The CHEM structure technology is suitable for small space projects and experiments because of its simplicity and low cost. The projects can be done quickly, inexpensively, and efficiently, without the need for expensive development and launching costs. The objectives of these programs or missions conducted by universities, small R&D companies, and a variety of different organizations would be specific space research, small instrument development, technology space demonstration, inexpensive telecommunication, space/planet/earth monitoring, and more.
