Qualitative approach to phenomenological design and interview and observation techniques bring research to community empowerment through development of local identity. The results show that developing a local identity as social capital can be enhanced by education and training through community social-cultural collaboration. This is not only able to provide welfare for the community tentatively, but also for sustainable prosperity.
