ABSTRACT
This chapter briefly presents the concept of artificial olfactory systems and reviews the research performed so far in the field of cancer diagnosis with artificial olfactory systems by measuring the odorant signature in different body fluids (breath, urine, feces, skin, and cancerous cells).
