ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research to describe the implementation of a scientific approach in child creativity development with autistic spectrum disorders at ECE Akramunas Institution. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach. Through the scientific approach, children learn by seeing, holding, listening, gathering information to find their own knowledge to stimulate their creativity. The results indicated that the scientific approach has been implemented in learning activities and has been followed earnestly by early childhood children with autistic spectrum disorders in the classroom together with teachers and peers. Furthermore, the results explained that learning activities using scientific approaches could stimulate children’s creativity with autistic spectrum disorders at ECE Akramunas Institution.
