ABSTRACT

A 14-year-old male presents to the emergency room because of penile discharge. He has been complaining of abdominal and penile pain for the last 1–2 days. There has been no increase in urinary frequency, fevers, or redness of the penis. He has had a normal appetite and oral intake but did have decreased urine output for the last day. He reports today his urine stream is weak and it is taking him longer to urinate. He is otherwise healthy, and no one in the family has any kidney or urologic problems.
