ABSTRACT
A 7-month-old previously well child presents with a week of upper respiratory symptoms, low grade fevers, and increasing fussiness and poor oral intake. She has some tachypnea and capillary refill of 2–3 seconds. She has no abnormal lung sounds or murmurs on auscultation.
