ABSTRACT
A 4-year-old boy is brought in from the school playground after he fell off the swing onto his right shoulder. He is crying in pain and will not move his right upper extremity but is able to move his fingers normally. The right and left radial pulse are equal. The contour of his right shoulder is different when compared to his left.
