ABSTRACT
A mother brings her 6-year-old son to the emergency department due to a concern for a missing tooth. The patient was reportedly playing tag with his sister 15 minutes prior to arrival when he fell and hit his mouth on the corner of a table. The patient did not lose consciousness and has been acting appropriately since the incident. Mother brought the patient's tooth with her to the emergency department. Patient is complaining of minimal mouth pain but denies any other injuries.
