ABSTRACT

A healthy 6-year-old girl presents to the emergency department after falling while playing at an art museum about an hour ago. She reportedly tripped and fell on her outstretched arm. After falling, she immediately started to cry and her mother noticed a deformity of her right forearm. Her mother has seen her move her fingers, but she is refusing to move her arm, complaining of pain in the right forearm. The event was witnessed and there was no head trauma and loss of consciousness.
