ABSTRACT
An 11-year-old boy presents with left hip pain after a motor vehicle collision. He was the restrained front passenger and denies head trauma or loss of consciousness. On exam, his left hip is shortened and internally rotated. His sensation, strength, pulses, and capillary refill are normal distally. A radiograph is obtained and presented next.
