ABSTRACT
A 17-year-old boy from Massachusetts presents in late summer to the emergency department with the rash pictured here. He has no other complaints. On exam he has several erythematous, flat lesions shown here. He's otherwise well-appearing with no tachycardia, work of breathing, joint pain, or swelling. An EKG is obtained and is pictured here.
